1. About the service

Real Mandal is a digital mandal / savings-group management platform offered by GrowShadow Infotech. The service helps owners and members manage mandals, members, EMI cycles, contributions, loans, repayments, history, reminders, and related records.

Real Mandal is a software and record-keeping tool. It does not itself collect, hold, transfer, or disburse money between members. Any cash, UPI, bank, or other payment between members happens outside the app.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and provide accurate registration information (including mobile number and other profile details).

You must keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for authorizing only appropriate members of your mandal.

OTP, password, and optional biometric unlock may be used for access. Do not share OTPs or passwords with anyone.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, or that create risk to other users or the platform.

Inactive accounts (sessions not in use) may be deactivated. Permanent deletion can be requested as described on our Delete Account page.

3. Plans and paid features

Some features or capacity limits may require a paid plan. Plan details, limits, and pricing are shown in the app and may change with notice where required.

Plan purchase or upgrade may be completed outside the app (for example by contacting us on WhatsApp or another channel we provide). Free or promotional access may be offered at our discretion and can be modified or withdrawn.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, hack, or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Do not misuse notifications, member data, or loan/contribution records.
• You remain responsible for the accuracy of all financial and member records entered for your mandal.

5. Your data and responsibilities

You retain ownership of mandal and member data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Other members of a mandal may see shared mandal information as needed for that mandal's operation.

Real Mandal does not provide financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. You are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations that apply to your savings group, mandal, lending, or accounting practices.

6. Intellectual property

All software, branding, design, and content provided by GrowShadow Infotech for Real Mandal remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the platform except as expressly permitted.

7. Notifications and third-party services

The app may send OTPs, SMS/WhatsApp messages, and push notifications related to the service. Delivery depends on your device settings and third-party providers (for example messaging and Firebase services).

8. Service availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, updates, network issues, or events outside our control may cause temporary downtime or delays.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We are not responsible for disputes between mandal members, incorrect data entered by users, losses from decisions made using the app, or payments made outside the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Real Mandal in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or a higher amount if required by mandatory law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, misuse, non-payment (where applicable), or legal requirements.

Provisions that should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) remain in effect.

To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, follow the process on our Delete Account page. We aim to complete verified requests within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts in India, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms at any time. When we update them, we will post the revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

The updated Terms apply from the date they are posted (or from any later effective date we specify). Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
